Closed-loop Recycling
MPH specializes in customizing programs to help reduce costs associated with your scrap plastic by grinding and cleaning plastic for re-use or re-sale. We can recycle most plastic types, shapes, and sizes. We can also recycle cardboard and metals. If needed we can spot trailers at your facility to free up costly floor space. Toll Grinding
Our grinders reduce scrap to your specification and are stored in like-new Gaylord boxes, on pallets, lined with heavy plastic liners, and topped with lids to ensure the cleanliness of the material. Our fees are based upon the amount of work that it takes to reduce your material to your specifications. We also have a lab with melt indexers if further testing is required.
Float Sink
We have multiple float sink systems that can separate heavy materials that sink in water from material that floats. We can also remove Labels and Dirt. Our priority is to recover olefins like Polypropylene, Polyethylene, and TPE material that floats. from materials like ABS, Styrene and PVC. With a setup change we can recover the material that sinks.

PLASTIC MATERIALS
MPH produces plastic regrinds that are recycled from industrial plastic scrap. We purchase scrap from manufacturers and recycle this plastic into regrinds which can then be reused. Manufacturers mix our recycled material with their prime material, which allows them to lower their production costs!

ABOUT
Material Processing and Handling was started in 2018 by James Kenyon and Jeremy Vance. Both owners have many years of experience in the plastic recycling industry. The company is headquartered in a 172,000 sq. ft. building, next to the CSX rail line, in Fostoria Ohio. The company does mainly post-industrial plastic recycling but can also handle limited post-consumer plastics. In addition, we can set up programs for metal and cardboard. Our specialty is helping facilities administer closed loop recycling programs.
MPH has large shredders, large grinders, float sink/wash systems and baling capability. We can handle most plastic types and sizes. We prefer truck load quantities and can spot semi-trailers at your facility helping to free up your floor space.
